About Corvia Global

An independent partnership architect for international education

Many education partnerships stall because the right institutions never meet, or because ambition runs ahead of regulation, funding and delivery capacity. Corvia Global exists to close that gap.

We assess markets and partners, design partnership models that fit both sides, and support delivery through small, well-evidenced pilots. Participating institutions keep their independence and decision-making throughout.

Market intelligenceClear insight into demand, regulation and partner fit.
Partnership designModels, agreements and governance built around outcomes.
Implementation supportPilot management, evaluation and a clear route to scale.
Who we serve

Partnerships that work for every stakeholder

We work with the organisations that shape international education and help them turn shared ambition into practical programmes.

UK universities

Market insight, partner assessment and partnership design to grow international collaboration responsibly.

International institutions

Access to UK expertise in teaching, quality assurance, curriculum, digital learning and research.

Governments and agencies

Support to shape education and skills priorities and to evaluate pilots before they scale.

Funders and employers

Programmes designed around measurable outcomes in skills, employability and inclusion.

Programmes

Four areas of focus

Each programme begins as a small, co-designed pilot and grows only where results, funding and approvals support it.

Faculty and leadership development

Short courses, fellowships, mentoring and train-the-trainer models led by UK experts.

Digital and AI education

Co-designed learning in digital skills, artificial intelligence and blended delivery.

Skills and employability

Employer-informed modules and industry links that build skills learners can demonstrate.

Research and transnational education

Joint research, curriculum review and feasibility work on pathways, credit and joint awards.

How we work

A clear path from idea to pilot

Three stages with decision points, so partners commit only when evidence, funding and approvals are in place.

  1. Discover

Needs assessment with institutions, faculty, learners and employers. Shortlist priorities and suitable UK partners.

  2. Design

Build the pilot plan with scope, costs, responsibilities and risk controls. Confirm interest in writing and check regulatory requirements.

  3. Deliver and evaluate

Run the approved pilot, measure against a baseline and publish a short evaluation to decide whether to stop, adapt or scale.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. Corvia Global advises on institutional partnerships. We are not paid per student recruited and do not act as a student recruitment agent.

Can you arrange UK degrees to be delivered overseas?

We assess whether joint, dual or transnational awards are feasible. Any such arrangement depends on the approvals of the UK university and the regulators in each country, and nothing is promised before they are in place.

How are programmes funded?

Funding is worked out after scope and partner interest are clear. Options include institutional contributions, eligible public schemes, employer sponsorship and philanthropic support. No funding is assumed secured.

How do we get started?

Send us a short note about your institution and what you hope to achieve. We will arrange an exploratory conversation and agree whether a scoping phase makes sense.
